Getting Started

  1. Go to the app page and paste or type your script.
  2. Adjust the speed, font size, and colors to your preference.
  3. Click Play or press Space to start.
  4. Use arrow keys to control speed and navigation.

Do I need to create an account?

No! BeamPrompt works completely without an account. Your text is saved locally in your browser.

Where is my data stored?

Your scripts and settings are stored locally in your browser's storage. They are never sent to our servers.

Can I use this on my phone?

Yes! BeamPrompt is fully responsive and works on all devices.

How do I export my script?

In the app, click the "Export" button to download your script as a .txt file.

Tips & Tricks

  • Use the dark theme when recording with bright lighting.
  • Enable mirroring if using a physical teleprompter mirror.
  • Start with a slower speed and increase as you get comfortable.
  • Keyboard shortcuts work even when the text area is not focused.
